Commissioned Roses

The Divine Miss M

Named for Bette Midler in honor of her founding and work with the New York Restoration Society. Commissioned by The New York Botanical Gardens, the rose needed to be “bawdy, brass, and bold, but it also had to be divine.”

A large, luscious, fluffy, ivory rose with golden centre. So full, each blossom looks like it has a dollop of whipped cream on top. Its fragrance blends vanilla, myrrh and lime.
